Vallabhacharya (1479–1531 CE), was a devotional philosopher. He was born in a Telugu Brahmin
family that had been living in Varanasi.Vallabhacharya studied the Vedas
and the Upanishads in his childhood, then he travelled all over India over 20 years.
He became a main leaders of the devotional Bhakti movement. He is the  Acharya  and  Guru  within the Pushti sub-tradition
after his own interpretation of the  Vedanta philosophy. Vallabhacharya study four
Vedas at the age of seven.He achieved mastery over
the books explain the six systems of Indianphilosophy. Vallabha’s writings and kirtan compositions on Krishna. Vallabhacharya composed many philosophical
such as: 1 Anubhashya 2 Tattvaarth Dip Nibandh 3 Tattvaarth Dip Nibandh 4
Shodash Granth. At the age of 52, he took samadhi (died) in the Ganga river in hanuman ghat of kashi.

MEANING:

In this shlok shri Vallabhacharya wants to tell us that the obstacles such as influence
of various states contains pure impure condition, different environment,
different situation, different time, age and different types of instruction
which are set by the society. Influence and burden of the various companies,

In this shloka shree
vallabhacharya wants to tell that apart from the relationship with god there is
no way to destroy ones sins so discard all the things which not been offered to
the lord and just focus on the lord’s love.

Risk-taking by devoting oneself completely on his task.

yatha loke, vyahavarah prasidhyati                                                     
                                                         Tatha karya summerpaiva, sarvesham Brahmataa
taaha.”

MEANING:

In this rahasya shree acharaya
wants to give the idea about  purity of
actions that means if anyone during his project needs guidance at that time one
shouldoffer his actions to the Lord so due to this actions become pure and
divine like lord.

COMPARISON WITH
PRINCIPLE OF MANAGEMENT:

This shlok use to give an idea of
modern principles of management like leadership quality, motivation and honesty
means whenever one’s need motivation one should honestly serve the action to
the lord who perform leader role in our life.

enthusiast someone for thinking and performing positively on particular tasks
or situations.

Leadership quality:                                                                                                                                                                                                               
 Having
some qualities for lead and maintained organise to a group.

virtues and truthful behaviour.

5.”Ganagatvam
sarva dohshanam, guna doshadivarna na                                                                               Gangatvana
nirupya sayaat, taad dattrapi chaivahi.”

MEANING:

In this
rahasya shree vallabhacharya wants to tell that like the great Ganges, the Lord
purifies all those who come to it. Out of them can be Muddy / dirty waters of a
spring and other else,But, when they meet the pure Ganges, those get purified
by her divine touch and that’s why the waters of that spring are able to get
the same respect as the Ganges. Similarly, once a soul merges with the Lord, no
matter what one’s previous state, one’s becomes as pure and divine like lord.

 

COMPARISON WITH PRINCIPLE OF MANAGEMENT:

 

This shloka
use to give an idea of modern principles of management like Equity, Stability,
and Initiative that is like a lord took initiative to make each and every
living being equal and maintain stable relationship with everyone.
